Here are photos from the implementation of the project, where we had the opportunity to add our brick in the form of glass partitions. The assumption was to obtain a unique visual effect combined with appropriate acoustics of separated rooms and, above all, to meet fire protection requirements.
We used the technology of muntin-free fire walls and all-glass walls with toughened safety glass ESG, which are much more durable and impact resistant than non-tempered glass.
Fire resistance class EI30, EI60 can be obtained. The baffle length is unlimited and the maximum possible height is 3600 mm.
Thanks to the use of transparent glass, we can visually enlarge the rooms and provide additional lighting. The gap between the panes is only 4mm filled with intumescent tape and fire-resistant silicone. The silicone is available in 3 colors: black, gray and white.

The fire tests were carried out by the Building Research Institute (ITB) and included the model from the so-called with a free edge, thanks to which there is no limit to the maximum length of this type of walls.
